How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It seems as if certain rules are put into place without asking or conferring with the agents but instead decided by the board themselves. Other than that I think that you do a vey good job and provide a good service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I just think it's expensive, and I think there should be payment options! Your classes are also higher than other places! SO I HAD to take the orientation from you but it ONLY counts to my CE IF I take the rest through you, with is like $75 more than others! I don't like that!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fact that our listings are all shared and sold to Zillow, Trulia, etc diminishes our direct leads. Constant system changes from all the real estate support systems that compete with each other make it difficult to stay on top of everything available. Too much too often. Keeps us working on catching up rather than selling real estate.
