How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't get much out of jumpstart and I had to do it twice since I had my license in holding. I don't really understand what the fee is for. I understand Sentrilock access, but honestly the whole real estate / Mainstreet / brokerage is more like a MLM than a legit way to support agents. To top it off - please understand that the rpac donation, and the complicated process to remove it from the cart, is slimy at best.
