I can't believe you charged $20 for the 8.0 contract update event you just held. This should have been a member service provided at no charge. It's not really about the $20, just the concept that the members should have to pay for something like this.
The size of the organization has unfortunately depersonalized so much of the interactions and services.
I do not like being forced to be a member of Nar. It should be a choice.
Most in person training are in the west suburbs. Have more of a Chicago Southland presence.
Variety of classes offered.
Outrageous fees year after year with little real benefit to the agent. for the essential tools provided, it's unjust for the obscene fees us agents pay year after year not once but twice during each year.
I am a Designated Managing Broker in Illinois and also licensed in Florida. Our Real Estate Board in Naples, FL offers most CE and training for free. I feel MainStreet should offer some free courses as well. I was very surprised to see a fee for the webinar of the 8.0 contracts. That should be something explained for free. Since the Board initiates changes of the contracts and would want all offices to be compliant with the new contract, it would be nice if that was a courtesy webinar to the Brokerages. Thank you.
