The friendly staff at our association is greatly appreciated. Paying association fees on the website is very useful and easy to use. The classes offered by the association are very helpful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

have more live in person classes at your satellite offices. My 8-hour orientations are grueling to sit and the setting is not comfortable.

Your members who belongs to the satellite offices are equally important as your members who visit your Downer's Grove office. More quality assurance and consideration should be given to provide in person lectures and training classes. We pay the same amount of dues as the Downer's Grove office.
