Still not one class on homes... nothing to teach agents about the mechanicals/workings of a home... Most agents cannot tell the difference between a sump pump and an ejection pit. You can't be good at a job unless you know what you are selling...
Your website sucks. Can’t tell you how many times I get an error and have to start over. The cost is outrageous. The fact that you teamed up with the NAR is enough to make me sick. Then the threats of fines if we accidentally don’t adhere to these stupid new rules makes me want to puke.
Staff is wonderful and you are so on top of the latest information and trends along with added services for us!

Increase education and certification opportunities, especially with the major changes to the Real Estate Industry. Offer more opportunities for round table discussions in person & zoom. Create a local campaign on educating the public on the major changes to the RE Industry with the NAR Settlement. Create Text/Email Campaigns to members on Best Practices on navigating the NAR Settlement Changes.

Provide real estate tax issues that RPAC is lobbying for in Illinois. Real estate taxes are out of control in the state of Illinois

Have more "fun" ways to do continuing ed, not just core type classes. Perhaps more with ways to do sales or marketing. Learning programs if we can get credit for that type thing.
