Fees are high.
Get out to offices more…tell us what you’re doing. Don’t make us come to you.
Also…I don’t like that I didn’t have an option to opt out of paying dues or donations to PACs this round of paying MLS and Main Street dues. That’s been decoupled as I understand it but you haven’t set us up to have a menu of things to optionally choose to pay for.
I probably would have paid these fees anyway, but I don’t appreciate not having the option.
Prompt responses, always, to questions or issues I may be having.
I love the hands on service. They not just answer the phone with a person, but they make excellent suggestions for not just the current question, but one step further.

The web site is very confusing and there is no way to return to see what classes you signed up for.
I like the full knowledge that the individuals have. When ever I speak with someone, they are knowledgeable and are willing to share, help, and even listen.
The education, resources and staff are the best.
There isn't any great disappointment, nor anything in particular that would stand out versus another organization.
Make the website easier to navigate
I love the convenience of payment and the reminders I receive when our bills are due.
I switched from North Shore Barrington to Mainstreet several years ago. North Shore employees were not respectful or easy to work with and Mainstreet is the exact opposite.
We rarely have glitches. The help desk gets back to you very quickly.

The education and staff is top notch. The training we received especially this year with all the changes was outstanding. Kate Sax in particular was incredible. Keep up the great work!
As a part time agent who pays full time dues and fees, I’m extremely disappointed that I don’t get the benefit of real time training. There are no evening or weekend classes provided so that we can ask questions and get real time training. We pay the same money that full time realtors pay and get very limited benefit. That’s a huge problem for me and I’m sure other “part time” realtors. Real estate doesn’t pay all of our bills but we enjoy helping people find and sell their homes. I’ve mentioned this before but never received a response. SMH

Great people supporting the needs of Realtors and all others involved in real estate transactions. Very quick response when contacted.
Our dues are extremely high for what is provided. On top of that, we are now asked to pay additional fees for NAR who doesn't seem to have their act together and I do not see what they do to provide a better life for Realtors. I was duped into paying the extra with my dues because it wasn't clear how to remove the items from the billing. the only thing i dislike more than paying extremely high fees for little service is paying extra for something i didn't ask for.
Been a member for over 40 years off and on. Best board ever!
MLS is not the go to platform for consumer. I hope it can become that with effort.
