WHY in the WORLD is that huge bill due the month of xmas!?
You guys did NOTHING to protect us during the NAR situation and if you haven't been told this already, we ALL feel we have taxation without representation! NO ONE ASKED ME!!! If I could fire you, I would!
The events are top class, with parking, When I need help with something its easy to get a hold of someone.
Very professional and always able to assist
Not a disappointment ... Just that as a newer agent I feel like joining the association is forced upon new agents as a fait accompli. I still can't fully dimension the value exchange beyond the MLS.
The ease of maneuvering through the website.
The fees are crazy expensive
Become more user-friendly and less bureaucratic. There is no benefit for the fees we pay.
You are always working on issues before I even know they will impact me. You stay ahead of the curve and help us provide great service to our clients.
I'm very upset about how the NAR sold the buyer's agent under the bus and fees keep going up. I don't understand why fees keep going up because most of us only use the MLS and the forms.
The costs of maintaining membership is high especially at the holidays. I think the NAR is a cash cow.
You already know how you disappointed me. All Mainstreet is is a money grab from hard working agents. As soon as I can get MLS access without the Realtor Association, my company and I am out!
A lot of training on various tools and real estate concepts.
The website is user friendly. Very, knowledgeable, supportive, and patient staff!
The fees are high just to get access to the MLS
offer lots of classes and support
I like to use 3 screens. I like questions constantly being answered and the report features.
Extremely convenient and easy to find the answers I need
There are a good variety of educational opportunities and services for agents. Quick support when you have questions or needs.
Prices are way too high. Handled the NAR lawsuit terribly. Provides little to no value. Seems like a monopoly and giant money grab.
Its not you, its the NAR settlement that will need to be paid in the future dues. I think with so many other database options, we missed the boat 20 years ago by not controlling the valuable data that NAR had. Now that its free or close to free to anyone saavy enough to seek it out, our roles are greatly diminished.
I can always get an answer to any questions I have.
Stop competing with realtors for clients on your platforms that you have out there!
Lower the fees
I am ALWAYS very disappointed in the cost and the timing of the "dues".
Disappointed in the August 17th edict, which made a tough job, incredibly tougher and more full of twists and turns.
Mainstreet itself is not the issue, it is the associations in general. Much more should be done to protect consumers. For too long real estate has allowed agents to work in unethical manners and it continues today. Misleading practices continue and gives a bad image to Realtors abroad. The days of the industry policing itself should be over and outside agencies should be monitoring the industry and enforcing rules and regulations. Here are several policies that are long over due.
1. Property disclosures should be required to be included in all listings for review. No exceptions
2. Proof of presentation of offers should be required by listing agents on all offers
3. Increased education for all Realtors that include the knowledge of the very basics of building construction. For the compensation that is paid for us to represent, we should at the very least have knowledge of the product.
Very Professional, Helpful, with the Programs that Realtors need.
