I'm not happy about all the changes that took effect in August 2024. I am also not very happy with how the fees keep increasing.
All classes are so beneficial and topics are always improving every year! Good source also for questions on specifics in real estate too.

Main Street has been the only association that I have been a part of in the real estate world, but I’ve been very happy with the association services available to me. The association also gives very good support to the agents.

I would not pay a dollar Mainstreet or any other real estate organizations if I wasn't forced to.
The staff has no knowledge to answer questions. They don’t return messages. They guess answers not sure what is the right answer. Not enthusiastic to help. It is very important to have feedback from members after calls like the at the help desk employees . They don’t do anything. Please have a supervisor there to watch and overlooks. what is going on. No one to complain to. The work should be done right.
Plenty of classes and resources. Easy to use website. The best Help Center any company has ever had.
Everyone is friendly. The website is easy to use and navigate. The board communicates very well with it's members. I highly recommend Mainstreet!

Our association offers top notch services, and always keeps us (members) in mind. Love being a Mainstreet REALTOR and taking advantage of all the tools offered to better my business; my favorite being Photofy, SentriLock and Forewarn.

I like how they try to have programs to"support" the membership. I have to say the personal are and to not appear eager to assist... They do assist but some seem like I am " bothering" them when calling them.. . .although your office has a "tough" role to follow because MRED is extraordinary at their pleasantness and professional assistance.

An irritating website that does not easily allow a user to remove voluntary charges. That reflects on Mainstreet

You charge for a bunch of services that I’ll never use, you also force us to pay for Nar public awareness and R-voice which I don’t want to. It’s not about Us anymore, it’s just a money grab for you - NAR is worthless to me as well and wish that I could opt out of that as well!
