I like the more board, but NAR overall is failing its members.
Where’s aicrm to make us better agents? Where’s the ad campaigns to show consumers how we protect their best interests? Where’s NAR while some cheap dolt sues us into oblivion? Where is NAR to ensure we as Realtors, don’t go the way of stockbrokers on a race to zero fees and call centers for help.
Where is NAR???
The staff and the courses are great
The individuals in the office are no help and rude.
Always helpful
Not clear if MainStreet protects our rights with options on what to opt out of and being accountable with funds that we as member are paying.
Fees are out of control. There is no accountability for any of the organizations we are forced to pay. How is that legal? I am told there are other options which I will look into.
Rules of membership are not uniformly enforced.
Do not receive any benefit from the association past the MLS.
Do not appreciate being forced to be a part of NAR and I think its an Antitrust violation.
too expensive, NAR is too expensive, IL NAR isnt worth a dime and too expensive... Your just a data base.. stop trying to be more than what you are.
Your fees and monopoly like required system are ridiculous and should be brought to court just like the commission structure was so agents can have a free choice on who they pay to use for their business.
It is the worst timing for dues when the holidays are approaching.
Member dues always add additional optional fees that cannot be removed online and have to call.
Also called 11/27/24 and requested a call back that was never received to pay dues over the phone.
Fees for part time member are the same as full time members and I am unable to take advantage of education or classes as time is never flexible.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Great classes are provided to Realtors. Thank you!
Training webinars.
Have a system in place where realtors are able to defend themselves before fines are levied.
I’m still waiting for an email with link to reset my password. Requested it 3 times!
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I get a pre recorded video from the president chastising me for not donating to RPAC after I pay my dues. It's a solid strategy if you are looking to annoy your members though.
Mainstreet does a good job and will answer and assist you with any questions.
Friendly and efficient. Very customer focused and knowledgable
The quarter and end of the year fees are getting too expensive. Not slight increases.
Very helpful when needing assistance
The organization comes off as very money hungry.

I tried to reset my password and your website never emailed me the link to reset it.
Help newer agents navigate an industry that’s new to them.
There is nothing up in the northern suburbs
Until now, I do not understand why the institution does not have a real website address. Succeed with More or MORe or MRed
Friendly and helpful staff and the website UI is very good.
Yearly fees keep rising and I feel most of the fees don't have any benefit from these "costs" to the realtors. There is like 5 different sections of fees, and they all seem like bs to increase costs. Any lawsuit that happens, brokers and realtors don't see a dime and yet are paying over $1100-$1200/year in fees and there are approximately 1.5 million of us in the states. I think reasonable fees for this are $500/year and there needs to be an increase in stricter testing as there are too many realtors in the market that are not educated to perform for clients and are causing some of these massive shifts due to bad advising. Everyone and their grandma are selling property today and that shouldn't be the case. We are turning into bad car salesman and it's a bad rep for the industry as most of the people in the business have no clue what they are doing because the tests are so easy to pass. These people are handling hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions, and it shouldn't be this easy to just let anyone do it.
Called main street to answer questions but was out on hold never answered
Lower the fees

Fees are very expensive. Penalty fees for classes not attended the very first time is ridiculous and should be illegal.
