The fees are way too high. And why collect them
In December right before Christmas? Collect them in June.
Most importantly, the ease of getting answers to questions and problems.
Maybe I don't understand the question. I'm not disappointed. Everybody I know is part of MORE. I do not have anyone that I am likely to recommend.

I'm disappointed in real estate across the country. The attorneys did not fight for us with the lawsuit and all these new rules and documents are ridiculous!
Mainstreet has consistently stayed ahead of any upcoming changes. Providing all the tools needed for agents to succeed.Members have access to the best Education, forms, and great customer service along with events to grow their business.
I thought this would be a survey on the ethics class yester (Dec 3) in Rolling Meadows. The instructor was a very nice lady, but she was a terrible instructor. Several times she had to correct herself. She jumped all around making it hard to follow her. And MOST annoying. she was more concerned about the people on line. She spent way too much time looking for and acknowledging the on line people's totally irrelevant comments. I will have this included in my CE course for my April renewal. This was just an extra to be in "classroom" with other agents. As it turns out, it was a waste of time. Again, perfectly nice lady. I am sorry I can't give her a better rating.

The website to renew license is not user friendly. You should not automatically add voluntary items to a members total and then have the member remove it if they don't want to pay.
Also, when a member switches brokerage, the member shouldn't have to keep calling back to update new brokerage email(ex. NAR & FOREWARN.
One of the best real estate board in Chicago and Nationwide.
I just don't think we should be forced to join Realtor associations.
The only way we get MLS access is to join a local association and the IL association and the National Association.
With the NAR lawsuit stuff now diminishing the REALTOR brand, we are being forced to pay into a system that provides even less value than before.
There are too many unskilled, untrained, unprofessional agents in the marketplace that have the same REALTOR brand that I do.
I do not get the value for my money and I only pay because I have no other choice if I am to continue doing business in Real Estate.
I like the ability to network with REALTORS and other industry professionals. There is always something happening and events lined up for us to attend.

The amount of education and resources is phenomenal! I love how easy the website is to navigate and find all the resources.
I wish there would be a way to prosecute the scammers who state they are owners wanting to sell a property that they do not own.
I wish we would have more power at municipalities in regards to presale inspections (sometimes listing items that are NOT safety only but cosmetic) and being hit with extra charges especially on bank owned properties for unnecessary fines.
Not showing the amount of co-op commission if seller wants to offer in MLS does not make sense if able to advertise everywhere else except MLS and certainly it does not make our life easier. Why technology fee being charged to the buyer's side cannot be disclosed is wrong.
Everything is done in a professional manner.
There mix of classes and the sense of a personal touch with members. Moreover, listening tours even when uncomfortable discussions are happening, ad an association you do not avoid them.
The website is easy to navigate and the information is very consistent. I appreciate the source of simple access for properties.
Ease of website could use a bit more improvement. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I am looking for,
