constant emails regarding unpaid dues not due til December 1, constant annoying solicitation for RPAC donations without any account for the collected funds, purposely designing your website in a way that makes it difficult to remove the unauthorized donation for RPAC added to everyone’s account withy any member’s permission or agreement to do so.

We are out in Sandwich. That makes it difficult to have the time to drive to Downers Grove or any of the other sites for classes. I do not feel that the things you do for realtors has any effect on us out here. When you get out to these small towns, lots of things are different. I have been in real estate for 30 years and watched changes. I have sold in St. Charles and Naperville. Being out here I have sold in Coal City, Walnut (an hour west of Sandwich), and West Dundee. If I have needed help most of the time, Main st tried to help. I haven't asked often. Last year for some reason was the worst of my 30 yrs. I had one closing. This year I got sick and was in the hospital for an extended time. I have not had a closing this year, partly because of that. Dues are very expensive when you are not making much money. I am under contract right now with the first closing of this year. Hopefully everything goes well. I just paid my dues for Dec 1st and it is really frustrating that we are "forced" to pay a "donation" even as low as $25. Being forced nullifies the word "donation". Thanks for letting me voice this opinion.

MRED has great real estate classes
The fees are ridiculous and I don't see anything that we get out of it. It seems like we are charged for things like NAR which we don't get anything from them. Used to get some cheap magazines and now we don't. I don't see any resources that any of you offer for the high fees that we pay. We are only paying your salaries. There is no free advertisement of anything to help us generate clients and now you came up with the ridiculous buyer's agents worth. From a lawsuit. It feels like you really didn't fight for anything but the listing agents.
Love the quick answers when I call for help. Love all of the programs and services offered. Love the variety and availability of classes available for CE. Love that they are always advocating for us!
