Your invoices are misleading in the total amounts owed. There are fees that are voluntarily in the itemized list yet are hidden until the end. Even then a small modify button is hiding and many people do not know it is there or it can be changed. I have never seen billing like this before in all my years. I thought as a Realtor we are all trying to be fully transparent in our profession. I even thought about giving this rating a 3

MORe is a stellar board! MORe is an amazing organization providing stellar service to the members. MORe’s communication skills and leadership are phenomenal! The content they provide is thorough, the service is always friendly, clearly the best in the industry. MORe is always one step ahead for knowledge, and providing current as well as upcoming forms, data and information to members to help them succeed. I have been on other real estate boards in the past and the others are in no way comparable to this wonderful group of people. Main Street organization of Realtors employees go above and beyond and put the best interest of the members before their own. I highly recommend this organization.

Sorry, but the whole industry change has affected my views. I understand that NY realtors don't have to be members of NAR, and, frankly, I don't quite get why MORE requires it, especially since my feeling is that NAR didn't fight for us as realtors in this latest debacle. Our industry worked for 200 years.
