Sometimes to the detriment of a long line forming, each staff member is willing and able to give their full attention to your needs, even if it's for something as little finding the right jersey.

Doug D. was so helpful and warm. Your shop was the second I visited and the difference between the two was significant. Even though inventory is low, I could tell Doug wanted to help me buy a bike. He was very generous with his encouragement that I try the bike and in addition to giving me helpful advice throughout my "test run," he also talked with my husband about things I might notice as I ride more. Doug also helped me buy a helmet and out was obvious that he knew how to advise me in this area, too. He was very thorough. My experience at Mystic Cycle was excellent.
