Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was quick and high quality. Shawn (Shaun? Sean?) walked me through everything he did to the rear brakes on my YT Jeffsy and was clearly very knowledgeable. This is the only bike shop I’ll be going to from now on.

Had exactly what I was looking for. The male employee that helped me (sorry didn’t get his name) was spot on with his knowledge and answers to all my questions. I came in looking for a comfortable pair of shoes that worked with my peloton. Knowing nothing about cycling shoes I am extremely pleased with them. They are comfortable and work exactly like I was hoping for. Thank you!

Chris was very personable and made excellent recommendations. He took time to refine the bike I was purchasing so it would give me a great experience and made recommendations to enhance my bike with accessories, including for safety which I really appreciate.
