Had exactly what I was looking for. The male employee that helped me (sorry didn’t get his name) was spot on with his knowledge and answers to all my questions. I came in looking for a comfortable pair of shoes that worked with my peloton. Knowing nothing about cycling shoes I am extremely pleased with them. They are comfortable and work exactly like I was hoping for. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and mechanic on that day was really helpful. It means a lot when a bike shop’s attitude toward its customers isn’t driven by how much you’re spending or not spending. Makes a customer want to give them the business.
I purchased a new bike back in 2010 (I think) but due to circumstances, I only rode it a couple times. I finally decided it was time to get back out there. I stopped by on Saturday to drop it off for a tune up, tires and to switch from clip in pedals to regular pedals.
Doug helped me with all of that. The one actually looking at my bike (I didn’t get his name) said I didn’t need a tune up (barely used since purchase) and it was nice to know that they weren’t going to do something that I didn’t need. I have not been in the shop since Rick and Rob owned it so it was nice to see the same values. I picked up the bike on Sunday and I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me but again, very nice and helpful. I did mention to him that it would nice if the website mentioned the new owners. I had heard it was sold but couldn’t find out who the new owners were on the website unless I missed it. Not that it would have changed my mind about going there but it would be nice to know.
