Excellent knowledge of products yet went above and beyond to find parts for a scooter I needed fixed and turned up. A slight problem was noted with the handbrake when I came to get the scooter and the employee insisted it be fixed for before I left. The handbrake was adjusted in minutes. I was greeted by 3 employees as I entered the store. Very professional! I love to support local stores, and customer service is important to me, this is a great store.

The new owners, Chris and Allie, were tremendously knowledgeable and extremely helpful.. Their new salesperson, Cesar was so helpful telling us about some of their great new bikes they have on their spacious showroom floor. We had a great experience.
