Mystic Cycle is a throw back in time- the staff is all about cycling and customer service. The staff that I have met- Joe, Chris, Shawn and obviously Rick (have known for years) were all very helpful when purchasing my bike last July, with follow up adjustments, with recommending accessories and then working on my sons bike. Bob helped fit me with a new pair of cycling gloves. They were pricier than I had budgeted. But they are PERFECT . Not a bit of buyers remorse. Then Bob tightened the bolt on my Specialized kick stand. Didn’t take a minute. I’d been futzing around without success
Jake and I spent time figuring out the right handle bar angle for my Sirrus1. He made an adjustment to my bars, sent me out to lap the parking lot a couple of times. I came back for an additional tweak, and rode off into the sunset a happy veloster.
