Fantastic bike store! I started my project to get a bike rack that did not shift while driving in the spring. Joseph Romanelli gave excellent help and advice and explained the hitch which I then got at a local garage near where I live and returned to Mystic to buy the Thule rack for two. It was a Friday morning, the shop was busy, and I was immediately approached by a female sales associate asking me if I needed help. And I did need help. I had no idea which tire pump I needed for the valves on my bike tires. She directed me to the pump I needed (works fantastically). I also asked about a new helmet. She showed me the sale helmets and answered all my questions as I hadn’t bought a new helmet in many years. Overall a great experience! I’ll be back for any future bike needs!!
Ryann is the best! I noticed that she took the time to write down my daughters name and that it was your birthday in the customer notes. Great communication and solid business systems will always bring me back.
