We brought our 7 year old in to purchase a new bike for his birthday. The gentlemen that helped us was incredibly friendly, and made sure we found the right size bike for him. They do a great job of measuring the rider, asking about preferences, and giving the bike a quick check-up before it leaves the shop. Highly recommend!

You walk in and are greeted by a smiling face. You hand over your bike, go over work you think you need, and then wait for the call that does come saying your bike is ready for pick-up. Solid, dependable, reliable customer service. Nice! But the best part is, George being the knowledgeable, experienced, quite capable professional mechanic has not only done the requested work order (in my case a needed brake bleed for new thicker brake pads) he also does little extras (bedding in new pads to rotors, cleans up a sticky piston, aligns and torques calipers) that just dials in your bike where it spins up and works good, feels good, and just gives you the confidence that it was done once and done right. Nice! All done for a fair and reasonable price. You then ride your bike
and everything works great. Super nice!!
