It required ordering the replacement part, which I had them do, and they were still able to get the job done and my bike was ready for pickup within a few days. Listening to what I was asking for service. Gave clear communication of what they would do with estimate of costs upfront. Delivered and knocked out in 2-3 days as promised. And came in a little under what I expected to pay. Quality repair - tune up and spoke replacement. Also gave good info about issues I might consider down the road - chain wear and wheel condition. This was the third bike we've purchased from Rockford Bike Shop, second of which for my seven year old. We upgraded from a 16" bike to a 20" bike and couldn't have been more pleased with how we were helped. Great experience, quick and easy, and will return for future purchases as my kids grow.

I haven't had that much experience with Rockford Bike shop, and I haven't ridden my bike yet after getting it tuned up to know how well it rides. But the service was great and the shop had a good variety of stock.
