A little slow early in the morning when ordering premium doesn't matter they don't pick up any faster than regular and sometimes you have to walk for the driver to pick you up

I've used your enclosed garage several times and never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers are professional, helpful and courteous. The facility appears very secure and well lit. The prices have increased over the years, but as I mentioned I feel my car is safe.

There is always a shuttle waiting for me in the morning when I drop off the car. Shuttles seem to be running frequently to pick up you up from the airport. Wait has not been too long. Looking forward to the new covered parking. The best improvement since my last visit was the drivers marked your ticket with more details so you can find your car on the trip home. I had a bad experience when the driver left me not with my car because he could not find it. Another driver came to my rescue and did not leave me until we found my car. He was the reason I came back to the spot. Row and spot numbers are important!! I will not leave now until this is recorded.

The driver was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I dont like is that there is not a sign with lights at the entrance.. You need a Big Lit Up Sign. I passed it up 2 times in the dark. I pass it up evertime. Please put up.a big lit sign.

The Parking Spot 2 is the only place I park when flying out of St. Louis. The buses always come quickly and I seem to always get a good parking spot.
