Ease of process, efficient shuttle
The employees are amazing! From the lady that greeted us at the gate to the guy directing us to where to park and the guys driving us to and from the airport. My husband left his phone on the bus that took us to our terminal and we were panicked that he wouldn’t have his phone for our vacation. I called and spoke to the lady that greeted is at the gate, not a call center thank goodness. She immediately reached out and tracked down the driver who found his phone and brought it back to us. What a relief!!! I wish I could remember their names to give them a shoutout because they were so nice and professional and never made us feel stupid.
It was so fast and easy to make a reservation. And dropping the car off, picking it up, and the shuttles were great too!

Shuttles arrive shortly after I’ve parked the car even in the early morning hours. Luggage assistance is appreciated. Most drivers are very cheerful. The easy in and out access of the lot is a plus. Easy and fast airport pick up back to lot is great too.
My only concern is even though I have made a reservation way ahead of any trip is that I would have trouble finding a place to park since lot is now very busy.
