We like the relative convenience and efficient process. The shuttles were prompt and our drivers were courteous and helpful.
The only negative is that we noticed the rate increased substantially since the late time we used The Parking Spot, but still competitive with similar parking facilities associated with Midway Airport.
We will use it again, and will recommend it to family and friends.

The Spot drivers are so great at being available and ready to pick up passengers. Many other services have guests waiting for half and hour or longer and that is always such a drag after long travel. Friendly people are chosen to staff this operation too! The convenience of the location for the Spot at Dallas Love makes departures and rivals so pleasant.

I like the convenience of having off-site airport parking. The shuttle buses pick me up within minutes of parking. I’ve not had to wait long for a shuttle from the airport back to the parking spot either. Great service!!
