It took me a couple of tries to figure out the website, but it works for me now. The employees at the gate are very nice and so are the shuttle drivers I have had. The shuttles are timely to the airport, but several times I have had to wait longer than I would like for the return shuttles.

We have problems with the scanners almost every time. It's not clear where you are actually supposed to hold your QR code.
Additionally, the last visit, the screen gave a message to scan our AAA card and after digging and finally finding the card, the attendant came over to say 'oh, it says that to everyone with that discount' so that was frustrating to us and the folks behind us
