I appreciate your good business plan....keep the customers happy! When your pick up is behind your car before you get the luggage out of the trunk. When you have just landed at DFW, your van is there to return you to your car with no waiting. It's smooth and simple!

My last visit I was at my parked vehicle for 17-18 minutes before I decided to walk up to the front gate. I was parked on row 2 space 40, located at the far NE side of your property. Once I arrived at the front gate there were two empty vans parked. Another van was just arriving and the driver told me I would need to wait on the next bus. Suffice to say I missed my departure.
This was not a good experience.
I have been using the Parking Spot 2 out of Phoenix Sky Harbor since 2014. I have never had any issues. My car is always safe, I never wait more then a few minutes for the shuttle both on departure and on my return. I will never park anywhere else.
