I love that you come to the space where I park, to pick me up. You also take me to my car when I return from a trip. The driver’s are friendly and usually help me put my luggage in the car. This is very helpful, when I return from a trip and am weary from traveling.

Wait time to the airport is less than a minute most of the time! The bus be waiting on me sometimes to get out the car. When I come back during the day a bus usually be waiting. Late night I will call and a bus is there in about 5 minutes.

I like everything about The Parking Spot West. The arrival process is great, the shuttle service directly to and from my vehicle makes me feel very safe, and the drivers are always kind. In addition, the wait time for the shuttle is always reasonable.

Great staff. Love Parking a mile or two from the airport and jumping on a shuttle. It seems faster to me than trying to park at the airport. Never can find a space anyway. The staff is always helpful. My truck battery died the other day and they quickly had a jump for me and sent me on my way. Just a great service all the way around.
