I like the convenience of the location. I did get ants in my vehicle. The last two times I parked in the premium parking but spoke with somebody this last time who said they had sprayed for that so I will give it another shot. Use the car wash for the first time ever and it did a nice job. I thought if there were any ants that would take care of them!Didn't have a problem this time, but I parked in the regular parking. We are consistent Parking Spot customers. On our most recent trip, when we got inside the terminal, my wife realized she did not have her phone. Thinking she had left it in our car, I headed back out to catch the shuttle back to the parking space. As I approached the shuttle pickup area, the driver who had brought us over was standing there, looking for me and waving the phone. She had found it and assumed we would be coming back to retrieve it, so she waited for us. We are so grateful that your driver cared enough to deliver this very thoughtful assistance. Needless to say,

They are always very quick at pick up and drop off. Never had to wait long at airport. Very friendly and helpful. I have never parked anywhere else. Love the free water at checkout. It is always needed in hot and hotter Phoenix.

Easy entrance and exit from the facility. Picked up promptly to and from airport. Interior maintenance of bus was poor. Almost fell from huge whole and edges sticking up on floor rug. Recommend fixing ASAP to avoid possible injury and lawsuit.
