Except for this last time at Dallas Love Field Covered Parking Lot #1 we have had excellent and very speedy service. But for some reason our arrival and trip to the airport on the morning of March 3, 2026 to catch our flight was very slow waiting on all the buses to drop off previous arriving customers and pickup those customers needing to get to the airport.
Maybe there was not enough drivers availble that morning because there were parked buses not being used. I believe we waited at least 10 minutes or longer behind our car for a bus to circle back to pick us up. It just so happened that was the same day the tollway was totally backed up due to accidents and it took over 1.5 hours to get to the airport so we were running behind our normal two hour advance arrival time by almost an hour.

Parking Spot makes drop off and pick up super easy. Shuttle service delivers you and your baggage exactly in the right spot and has little to no wait time.
It all worked conveniently
The Parking Spot service was very good. Picked us up at our car within minutes (even with us arriving at 5am), dropped us off efficiently. The return was just as easy. Bus was there in less than 5 minutes (again at 530am) for the return to our car.
