I like the fact that the parking is very convenient. I like the fact that the app is very easy to use. I like the fact that the drivers are knowledgeable about where passengers get dropped off and picked up at the airport. The drivers are helpful in helping people with moving heavy luggage to the bus and moving the luggage near their car.

Easy in. Shuttle drivers to and from airport are great. I did have trouble exiting. The kiosk display is split between the kiosk screen and the card reader. I did not notice the prompt from the card reader. I had to get an employee to assist me. We got it sorted out and I was on my way.
Appreciate the app telling me to call upon returning around 10 pm for pickup and for pickup to be quick.
