ease of getting in and out. one thing that was not good the shuttle back. the driver ran orve the curb big time which rocked everyone in the bus and then took a trun so fast luggage feel off the rack and hit the person sitting across from the rack (which was me) the driver never said anything even ask if i was ok, didn't really expect that from him anyway since he never got out of his seat to help anyone get in our of the bus, which was totally different than what is/should be normal routine. overall I think Parking Spot is Spot On for what travelers need.
