Quick pickup and drop-off service. It makes traveling to the airport more enjoyable than dealing with a crowded airport parking bus.

Convenience and cost

Convenient location near the airport. Inexpensive, covered parking.

Frequent shuttles. Staff is great also.

Absolutely wonderful experience as always!!!!!

I would like to comment regarding this past SUN/16AUG I called Phone number removed at 11:52PM to request pick at the B Terminal pick up point since I had already been waiting 5 minutes and there was no indication on the app that a vehicle was on the way. On MON/17AUG I called the same number again at 12:03AM since there was no indication of a vehicle coming. I called a 3rd time at 12:10AM to advise your rep that a 2nd vehicle would be needed since the accumulation of people awaiting transport would far exceed the seating capacity of one. Your rep got very agitated with me and repeatedly talked over me and would not give me a proper hearing. Over the 30+ minutes before a TPS vehicle arrived, I observed 5 FAST PARK vehicles come and go and 3 PARK N FLY. Normally, The Parking Spot is very efficient but not on this occasion.

Such an easy process from checkin, pickup to airport and back again. Excellent service.

We love the Parking Spot for many reasons. The upfront discounts we receive, the courtesy of the drivers, the efficiency of the drivers and the volume of available buses so we don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes at the airport to be taken back to the garage.

I have been telling all of my friends about the Parking Spot - we would highly recommend to all!

I love Hayes Parking Spot. I use it all the time. It’s awesome.

Great service.

The shuttle service is great. I walked out of the airport and the shuttle pulled up.

Friendly staff always ready for pick up and drop off!!!

They are very efficient and work hard to get you to your plane on time. Also loved the covered parking.

Fast and convenient!

The drivers are polite and helpful.

I like where Parking Spot 2 picks up at the airport.

Dislike - I understand i can reserve short notice but i feel like you aren't really full if i am reserving 1 hour before i depart.

Convenient - close to airport- quick ride there and back

Nice smooth transactions. Price is competitive and my car was safe. and that cold water at the pay machine is so worth it after the flight and waiting for the shuttles. Great place.
