The Shuttle picked me up right at my car upon arrival. When I returned from my trip it was 11:30pm and I was the only person going to the Parking Spot #2. My shuttle driver was a women and she made sure I was secure in my car before driving away after dropping me off at my car. She said we women have to watch out for eachother and she made sure of that. I felt very safe and had peace of mind.

The Parking Spot is worth every penny. I've tried parking at other places in Orlando but The Parking Spot beats them all! Everyone is very kind and professional. The customer service is top notch. They pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car and also help with bags. The parking is well lit and we felt very safe. We didn't have to wait even 1 minute for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They even give you a cold water as you check out. I'll never park anywhere else.
Like the protected parking and the trunk-to-door transportation. C an be a little pricey however especially with all the added taxes and fees. Thanks Allegheny County...
It was really easy and pick up was fast between airport drop off. For the pick up, I got confused at least three times on the new pickup location. A smal set of directions could have helped.
