The van came fairly quickly for pick up (at the airport). When I parked at the North lot, the van was very slow to collect me (more than 15 minutes) so I appreciated the much faster service

The driver was great. Only issue is that when leaving there was a car that took more than ten minutes and required help. I think they should have had another lane opened. Also, we never did get the water.
