We had a schedule change due to a bumped flight and the customer service person I spoke to was able to modify our prepaid reservation easily, which with everything else going on with our trip was really appreciated.

Our checkin went great. Not too long of a wait to be picked up.
When we returned we had a little wait for bus to pick up at airport. Got dropped off to our vehicle.
Upon approach to leave and check out something went wrong with the scanner to get out. We tried several times. the passenger had to get out and try it. Tried to call number for help no answer. At this point it became frustrating !!!
Finally we backed up and started the process again!! This time the gate went up.
Also I don’t know why you say you offer water when either no one is there to get it and no where to get it when no one is there

I will actually reconsider where I park and price shop. Prices have jumped a lot, like 70% percent and I am not getting my Platinum discount; in fact, I have to pay a premium.

Very easy In and Out

Dependable transportation to and fro. This last time my car battery was dead and the very nice driver jump started me; he had so much patience and was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the restroom being available after a long drive.
