I LOVE and will ONLY park at the Parking Spot Plus Valet. The workers are always so nice, no matter if my flight is at 1pm or 1 am. I love getting off the bus and immediately walking to my car with the trunk open and get a cold water.

The pick up at the airport was very fast and communication was perfect. The dispatcher and the driver we’re both courteous and prompt.

The Spot does an excellent job overall. The App works very well and is simple to use. Drivers are very efficient and friendly. I typically fly out on the first flight if the day and arrive at the lot at 4am and no problem waiting on a shuttle to pick up. The Spot frequent parking program works well and very favorable at building free parking days? Overall, highly recommended for parking at PHL.

I liked that the shuttle came quickly both at pick up and drop off for both trips. I had two trips back to back - both at same Century location. First trip was amazing, driver was helpful with luggage and explained drop offs pick ups - super helpful as normal Second trip pick up from garage to airport was great, pick up at airport to go back to garage was just okay. Driver did not help with luggage and was just not as usual drivers are with providing information. She did wish us a safe drive home, which was nice.

I like the ability to make reservations so I know I have a parking spot waiting for me. I also appreciate the driver putting my luggage in the trunk when I return. It makes a huge difference that the driver lifts my luggage into/out of the van due to a new knee.

The only negative is that the rudest people are at the check-out. Nice people at check-in....but those at check out should probably not be working with the public. This one hushed me and asked the question to my hubby in the passenger seat. I'm the one with the account who travels on business all the time. This just happened to be a personal trip.
