Convenient, easy access
I love that when I show up I have a spot. I dont have that worry and additional time crunch with searching. I also like the fact that when I arrive an attendant is there to let me know what isle to go to. The courtesy van is always right there and arrives quickly.

That said the pick up spot at the airport is a nasty walk from baggage claim and the parking spaces are a little tight.
