Fast shuttle, easy and convenient
Super convenient and easy to use. It ended up being my favorite part of our travel. We didnt have to worry about asking friends or family to drive and pick us up from the airport. Wait time was basically non-existent since we only waited two minutes when we got to the pickup spot at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. Super convenient with the pick up and drop off right from/to our parked car. I also felt good about where I was leaving my car and knew it would be safe.

Typically there is very little wait on either end....at least in my recent experience. The drivers really help with the bags to keep things moving...this is important. They are professional.
The only thing I am starting to really notice is the pricing for Premium Indoor which I always use. It's a great/safe service but the cost is getting so high it seems that it's hard to justify (even with discounts you give or I try to use). I think you would sell even more such spots by some reduction.
So much more efficient East! I am switching my weekly parking.
