Pick up was great
The Parking Spot people are very friendly and make sure you get to the right terminal in Atlanta, GA. Note I flew Delta which flies out of one terminal (North). When I landed back in Atlanta, GA from my business trip to Minneapolis, MN, they made sure I got to the correct Parking Spot lot as there are more than one of the Parking Spot lots in Atlanta, GA. I'll be back on my next business trip.
Easy to get to. Bus drivers to and from the airport were very prompt and very nice. Our car was waiting for us when we arrived back, no waiting. I would highly recommend you to my friends and would definitely use you again.

As soon as I arrive at the parking spot there is a shuttle waiting to take me to the airport. There is never any time spent waiting for a shuttle to come

The drivers are usually very helpful…they usually get out of the shuttle to greet us and put our bags in the shuttle, then they take the bags out and place them outside of the shuttle upon arriving at the airport. They usually provide the same service on the trip back to the car. In addition, they are usually very quick to pick us up from our car once we arrive at The Parking Spot. The only reason I did not give a score of 10 is because helpful, kind drivers and timely pick up have not happened 100% of the time….maybe 95%.

I took advantage of a pricing special. The transfer to and from the airport was efficient with very little wait time and the parking location was close to the airport and easy to find.

Customer service was great, there was a women at the both to help me check-in and direct me where to go to park.
Only took about 5 minutes for the bus to arrive.
Almost always prompt with courteous drivers. Makes my travel much easier knowing my vehicle is taken care of and I can easily get back and forth to the airport. I will say that there has been more delay than normal in getting picked up to go to the airport. Got spoiled not having to wait in the past.
