Very easy to use! Excellent service. Keep doing what you all are doing.
So easy and convenient to use ..
Easy to access and shuttle drivers are efficient and very friendly.
We came back last Tuesday evening. After we landed a very bad rain storm covered the Kansas City area. When your pickup driver delivered my wife and me to our vehicle he insisted on getting all four of our suitcases into the car. The rain was extremely heavy during this period…. he insisted we get into the vehicle while putting 4 large and heavy cases in! I wish I could tell you his name but I can’t. Service like this is exemplary!
Thank you,

Usually easy to get in and out and to the airport. Had to wait on the shuttle for about 10 minutes to fill the bus I guess. Glad I wasn’t late. Usually they take us right away. Not enough help?
