I usually love the service I recieve. However the driver aai had on Saturday mornign 8/15, totally skipped my stop for
American airlines. he said " I thought you said " Alaska"
we had to walk back the other directions.

I have to say I am very disappointed with my last experience at Parking Spot South.
I arrived slightly later than expected so was a little rushed.
My reservation was for uncovered parking and I told the attendant that clearly. He directed me to COVERED parking and the van was right on my tail so I parked at the first spot I saw.
Came home from my mother's funeral to find that I was charged an additional fee, $50+ I think, for parking in the wrong area.
Can't say it's not right, but it is hard to swallow!!

My husband and I have used TPS for 5+ years and enjoy how easy it is to book a reservation, the rewards points are great and typically the shuttle wait time isn't too lengthy. When small issues have come up and I have reached out to TPS team I receive a personalized email back. Their customer service can't be beat and is one of the reasons we will continue to come back.
The Service is Superb and they pick you up at the Parking Spot quickly and return fom the airport timely! The Service people are extremely helpful!

I was a little disappointed this time around as I showed up at the parking spot mid day, parked my car and there were no trucks in sight. During my 30+ minute wait, there were two trucks, both of which went down an aisle before mine and then turned to go back out. Finally, I called the dispatch and they sent a truck to my spot. Normally, the spot 3 is really good about everything.
