I can reserve my parking location weeks ahead and my "spot" is available when I arrive. The transport van soon comes to our car location and the driver is quick to help or totally load our luggae into the transport vehicle. Quickly than to airport terminal and again our luggage is moved from the transport vehicle to the curb for us to carry into the airport terminal.
When we returned to Charlotte, we were able to "catch" an available Parking Sport transport vehicle soon after we cam out of the terminal. I DO NEED help to learn HOW TO SECURE the Parking Spot transport from the phone APP. I am not the best on using all these "APPs". Age is a factor in my understanding all the 'exact' where to "click" to get the correct help. I also have trouble using the QR code design to "scan in" when we checked in and also to check out. You staff did help me, BUT I held up the "drive thru" line because I an not proficent in using the Parking Spot App on my phone and the item in my "wallet" for signing in.

Hello- I parked in A 220 from Friday, May 15 until Sunday May 17th. -( The 2nd row from the fence on the right hand side) Upon trying to check out, a message of You parked in the wrong place was on the screen after I had scanned my barcode. My driver was Chandra or something like that - I have never used your premium area in the many times I have used Parking Spot 1.
Needless to say I was unhappy to see that message when it did not pertain to me or my vehicle. I tipped my driver $5.
