Very simple process to register; easy access to the parking location, and fast shuttle service to the airport...
Not having to wait very long to be picked up and transported to and from the airport. The friendliness of the drivers and willingness to help load baggage.
I would recommend having a drop off only shuttle, for people who are in a hurry being dropped off. Our drop off driver could have skipped most terminals by using the bypass lane for terminal 7 but he didn't. Causing us to be ever more rushed for our flight.
