The drivers are far superior to those at The Parking Spot 3. They are friendly and courteous, and they are much more thoughtful about how they brake, accelerate, and mind bumps and turns. Most drivers at 3 will ignore you and drive like they just stole their shuttle never giving an ounce of consideration to the passengers. I will continue using East moving forward as I park to fly weekly.

Parking rates are usually better than airport parking with a reserved space. The airport shuttle is very timely with minimal waiting for both flight departures and arrivals back to car.

So convenient, they pick you up so fast and take you right where you need to go. Then on returning they take you right to your car. Saves a lot of time and walking! And the rates are reasonable and well worth it.
Very smooth process reserving a parking spot, quick pickup to and from the airport. The driver was very kind and patient while helping us find our spot on our return from our trip when we couldn't find our vehicle locator tag. So much easier than finding parking at the airport.
