It's safe and secure parking with frequent shuttle service to and from the airport.
Parking area; seldom wait long for pick-up at parking garage or airport; drivers very friendly, courteous and professional; check-in and out very easy.
Easy to get in and out of airport
Choosing the South parking spot is worry-free. The driver picks us up as soon as we arrive and helps with our bags. We just wait for the shuttle, and it picks us up right outside the arrival door.

It’s quick way to park and get to the airport
Convenient location and great service!
Quick service pick up and drop off
I was a little disappointed this time around as I showed up at the parking spot mid day, parked my car and there were no trucks in sight. During my 30+ minute wait, there were two trucks, both of which went down an aisle before mine and then turned to go back out. Finally, I called the dispatch and they sent a truck to my spot. Normally, the spot 3 is really good about everything.
I usually love the service I recieve. However the driver aai had on Saturday mornign 8/15, totally skipped my stop for
American airlines. he said " I thought you said " Alaska"
we had to walk back the other directions.
Its like: YOU HAVE ONE JOB!
