The closeness to the terminal at KCI and the covered parking.
This last visit was also premium and we had a better overall experience versus our last trip as there was no wait on the way to the terminal and limited wait upon arrival at KCI. Again, the pickup at the terminal was somewhat busy which makes for a cluster across Parking Spot and the other facilities since there are no dedicated places along the curb.
The customer service both on site and via email to their customer care team is outstanding with quick and courteous replies.

We did have to wait for the shuttle when we first arrived at the lot to make its rounds but it soon came and we had plenty of time to get to the airport and our gate/flight
It might be good practice for the individual at the entrance booth to ask about how much time the individual(s) have before their flight in order to get them to the terminal on time.

Choosing the South parking spot is worry-free. The driver picks us up as soon as we arrive and helps with our bags. We just wait for the shuttle, and it picks us up right outside the arrival door.
