We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle to take us to the southwest check in counter and when we arrived in Orlando 5 days later the shuttle arrived 10 minutes after we called.

The staff are always very helpful. Two weeks ago I had a huge emergency, which required an extra trip from the parking spot to the airport. One of the drivers that seemed to be on a lunch break saw that I was in a frantic mode. When I approached his bus, he asked if he could help me and I said yes I need an emergency trip from this location to the airport ASAP. He said jump in! I did and he got me very fast and safely to the airport or I am relatively sure I would’ve missed my plane. I have used this company for years and I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.
