Having covered parking and the trunk-to-door service makes this well worth the cost and the small travel time trade off is worth it. The app to track where the shuttle is works well and it will also alert when you arrive at the pickup Zone which is highlighted on the tracking map. Just the kind of technology usage you like to see for something "simple" like parking that can have annoying steps to it.

I love the moment you get there it is eay to get on the shuttle to the airport. When you return you can find the shuttle area and is on. If you use valet the driver calls ahead and you vehicle is there waiting right when you get off the shuttle

The Driver! I believe he's name was CJ. He was patient and kind, very informative. We (the customers, was given water by the drive. He was awesome!! ( medium size black man)
