Very quick and easy this time.
It was so easy! You scan your code, park, the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your airline. Then when you come back, call (we flew in after 11:00pm) and they are there to pick you up. Drive you right to your car, scan your code on the way out and you're done!! The price was great also. We will use this over and over again to park for the airport!
Prompt pick up, courteous drivers.
.
It is a secure place to park your car, and you don’t have to drive to the airport
We no sooner parked and a shuttle was there to pick us up. Rebel was our driver when we arrived and when we returned! Very courteous and helpful with our luggage. So easy to find shuttle and the few times we’ve used this service a shuttle was there when we arrived at pick up area. We found the experience to be super easy and convenient each time we used it and will continue to when we fly out of ATL, or elsewhere if ever needed. Well run service. Thank you.
Quick, reliable, and location
Easy to book, convenient to airport
Easy to reserve. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. Shuttle from airport back to lot always available within a short wait time.
No problems
I drove back from my destination, staff went above and beyond to help me find my car and get me going. Nicest crew of ladies ever!
Courteous. You’ve upgraded your buses and they are not at rattly as they used to be. Generally the investments that came with the ParkingSpot takeover are positive. Also I think the wait times for pick up have lessened, which is very much appreciated.

Easy parking, fast shuttles, friendly drovers
It was easy and economical to reserve a space online. The pickup when we arrived about 4:00 am was almost instantaneous and the driver was very courteous. Also very good service on the way back. I plan to use The Parking Spot 2 every time I use Hobby Airport.
The parking spot makes airport parking easy, convenient, and affordable. Our minds are put at ease knowing our vehicle is safe and secure while we are away. We use it every time we travel!
