Easy reservation and check in/out was a breeze
The drivers are always friendly and helpful, but I do wish there was more than 2 shuttles running at any given time. If one is at the parking facility dropping off passengers, and 1 just left the airport, you know that it's going to be at at least a 20 minute wait for the next shuttle. This delay causes such a large crowd to accumulate waiting for the next shuttle that dropping off everyone takes quite a while.
The easy of parking and being taking directly to the doors. Except for this last time but I am not holding that from recommending the service to others as this issue happened only once in the several times I have used the service.
