Easy enter and easy exit.

First time I used your parking facility and app. When I was leaving the lot and scanned my QR code, the cost came up 4 times the stated rate. The machine said I did not park on the roof, which I did, and the cost was higher.
I used the call button to explain the issue, and it took a few minutes for the cost to reset to the correct price and check out.
Small issue, but concerning, when the cost was to be $50 and it came up to $214.

All of the staff were so kind, helpful and respectful. The shuttle drivers genuinely went out of their way to make people's days, the parking assistants at the front were the same. The company clearly treats their employees well, pay wells because everyone I interacted with clearly loved their job. It was very refreshing.

Everything is quick and efficient, but I’ve never interacted with an employee who wasn’t most pleasant and courteous! My one difficulty is having to search for a place to park. It would be so helpful to me if there were a section for cars with handicap licenses.

When we arrived, the QR code was not working but the technician was great about it and let us know we may need to explain to the technician on our return. We arrived late on 10/17 from our return trip and the technician was awesome with helping us get out of the parking lot.

I like the option to park under a covering the most, to get the protection from the weather. It is very convenient to the airport and the staff are very friendly each time we have traveled.

The ability to prearrange parking and reserve a spot in the covered parking area is great!
I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes for the bus to get me at the lot or pick me up from arrivals.
Every driver has been friendly and helpful, always writing down my parking spot section/number and carrying on and off my luggage.

Usually convenient and reasonably priced

I have parked here since Covid and will likely never go back to airport parking due to their lack of security. You had a short time of slow service after you acquired the other parking spot, but it seems to be improving. Still not back to what it was before. I'd like to see more vans, like before, so the wait times are not so long.

I love the personal service from the drivers - lifting heavy luggage in and out of vehicles, waiting in the dark until I am in my car, right to my car door drop off - all excellent features!

I am very disappointed that I mistakenly pre-purchased my 5-night parking at the wrong lot, and you did not honor that pricing. Your website is not clear at all as to which lot the reservation is for. It would be very helpful if the website could make it very clear which lot the reservation is for, or at least honor the discounted rate when someone makes a mistake, as I did.
All in all, I am glad The Parking Spot is available!

We used covered parking this trip and was surprised we were not picked up or dropped off at our spot. When we gave used uncovered in the past picked up at our spot

The only thing that I was not happy about was that I had a coupon and I forgot to use it, and when I tried to go back in, it would not let me update it and I am a fairly regular customer
