Need to push MDW for better signage upon leaving Entrance #5 to Garage - no obvious where the shuttle will pick up. Also, the time to/from the terminal can vary greatly with time of day/traffic, etc.

In my opinion the price is good if you book in advance. The location is easy to find ans your car is safe there. At least I have never had any issues. The shuttles run on time however I do recommend cleaning and disinfecting them more often because they are usually funky. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
