Easy purchase online with very clear instructions on how to use during arrival and departure. First time users at Park N Fly and was leery at first. I did have an instance where I got a OnStar notification while on our vacation and I called the phone number on the card that the shuttle driver gave us with the parking isle and space number. When they answered they stated that they would go and check the space that our truck was in. While I was on the call with them they sent someone to check on our truck and they told me the truck had no damage to it. They also checked to see if the doors were locked and they were. I asked them to call me back in the morning to confirm all was good with our truck in the daylight and they did so. We were so relieved to have this reassurance that the truck was fine. When we returned after our vacation, we were so happy to see our truck in the same condition as we left it. Thank you Park N Fly team for keeping everything safe. We will certainly return on our next planned vacation.

Convenience. Shuttles are normally very prompt. Short ride to airport and they bring you right back to where you parked.

The bus was right there! I got in at midnight and the bus was right there to take me back to my car. Everything went so smoothly!

Kirk and his team were extremely kind and helpful in returning my wallet to me. Kirk arranged a pick up method and communicated effectively the entire time. I extremely appreciate the time they took to make my life easier after my mistake. I’m a nervous traveler which is why I use the parking spot since I know it’s one less thing that I have to worry about when it comes to my own safety and my vehicles. This isn’t the first time they have fixed a mistake I have made but each time they help me quickly and happily.
