Because we arrived at 4 AM we had to wait a little for a bus but after we were picked up & then picked up a few others we went all the to back of lot where we were parked to pick up another person

We love this place. You drive in and they tell you exactly where to park and the airport shuttle picks you up at your vehicle. When you return, the shuttle picks you up and returns you to your car. Very efficient and friendly employees. Good value.

Easy to use. friendly people

Fast and easy check in; we have used Parking Spot many times and no matter what time we check in or fly back into Buffalo the spot van is usually there! If it isn't, it's only a few minute wait until the next van shows up. The drivers are all friendly and come out to meet us at the car to help put our luggage on board. The vans are clean and seats are comfortable for the short ride to the airport. On returning, the drivers take us right to our car, unload the luggage--Quick and easy check out too.
