The entire process from making the reservation to arrival, transport to and from airport, and. Return and exit is seamless. The drivers and staff are very kind and courteous. It’s the only way to go.

Shuttle back to vehicles could be more organized as we always seem to have people just walk up when we were waiting and hop on. The staff is great. I was having an issue with my payment and the young lady took my phone to scan in the booth. She got it to work and off I went without my phone. When I returned for the phone the gentleman said she was running after me in the cold. I really appreciated that. We were also offered water. It was great. I wish I knew the name of you young lady but thank you again!!

Employees are very friendly and helpful with instructions on parking. The drivers help you with your luggage. Buses are very prompt on picking you up to take you to the airport and also back to your vehicle

The apparent safety of the vehicles in the locked lot and the kindness and professionalism of the shuttle drivers. I felt my car was safe even though I was miles away. The drivers, each trip, were and are great. Helpful, patient, asked good questions, had good tips and of course helped with the bags.
I liked the app which showed the location of the shuttles. That was good. But I'd have appreciated perhaps more shuttles so one would not have to wait for such a long time in the bag claim area. Otherwise we'll continue to use the service going foward.
