The drivers are always courteous and very helpful in managing luggage. I always have a wonderful experience, and most recently, the driver that I had that did a pickup on december 9 in the mid afternoon was exceptional! His name was Ibrahaim G. I most likely misspelled his name, but it is with hope that this feedback will reach him.

The shuttle driver always helps you with your bags — wouldn't let you do it if you wanted to! You can control things completely through the app, or you can speak to a person for check in and check out if you'd rather. The driver takes note of your parking space for you because you're thinking of other things, so you only have to remember where you put that card when you return. After you get your bags at the airport, you can use the app to see where the shuttle bus is, so you don't have to go outside if it's still on the way. And after a long day of travel, isn't it nice that there is a fridge with water bottles in it at the exit for you to take (the bottles, not the fridge)? All for less than we pay at the airport!

After returning from a 7-day trip. my truck would not start. The manager went above and beyond to help me get on my way. This is the ONLY place I am willing to use when I have to leave a vehicle at a parking facility and travel.
We always using Parking Spot when flying out of Midway. Shuttle arrives at our car right away and a quick trip to the airport. Upon arrival back the shuttle is there to pick us up within minutes. Being able to check the location on the app is very helpful as well. Drop right at the car and on our way home very quickly.
Convenient location, generally quick pick-up times
The Parking Spot at Charlotte NC has the nicest staff. From the front gate to each driver, they are friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and prompt. I like that you have a lot of covered spaces. I also like the discounts offered throughout the year, they’re very helpful to our budget.
All steps are streamlined and easy to use from scheduling to pick up and return. People are friendly, location is perfect, we will always use this spot when traveling through Bradley airport.
