Prompt and courteous pickup coming and going to airport.

Easy access to airport and courteous, helpful staff

The location

excellent service. Quick pick up and drop

Convenience, hasslefree, and affordable

Little disappointed that we had to pay for a day when we thought it was already done, but we apparently got pushed to another day. We dropped our vehicle off at 420am on 8/18 & picked up our vehicle at 1151pm on 8/21. To me that is only 3 days, but some how got charged for 4 days.

Quick efficient pick up and drop off.

Prompt friendly service

Friendly and courteous drivers. Both for pickup from the lot and pickup from the airport. Good proximity to the airport.

There are more shuttle buses coming around at pickup than any other company! And your drivers are nice and friendly too!

Bus usually picks you right where you park and drop off is the same, minimal walking. Buses also run frequently.

Easy access off highway
Feel my car is secure
Shuttle to and from airport is very timely

My driver was very helpful!

I believe more signage is necessary for the far parking lots. I arrived after 9 pm, and found it difficult to find the correct exit, as my spouse parked the car in the morning, so I wasn’t familiar with that area.

Price was good shuttle was good.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Good driver!

Everyone is super friendly and I never have to wait too long for a shuttle to the airport or from the airport.

I like the convenience of parking so close to the airport , I only started using this about 3/4 yrs ago for extended stays. I have never had any issues. I get a little discount through my employer BJC you have to know your company code .. But always picked up promptly this last time we had to call for shuttle service when we returned, but our flight was delayed in Minneapolis we were late also.. Highly reccommend the parking spot for any extended stay covered or uncovered , I have used both. Love it

This is convenient to be able to store my vehicle while away for different trips.
