I've been using the parking Spot for about 7 1/2 years. I'm picked up at my car promptly and at airport within 5 minutes.

I enjoyed how easy it was to get the parking space I wanted. Then right after I drove through the gate a shuttle bus followed me to the parking space and grabbed our bags and loaded them as we were taking them out of the car.

So easy and convenient.

I left my car keys on the shuttle by accident and they kept them safe for me for over a week. I was able to pick them up when I got back from my trip.

Responsive, timely, good pricing, predictable, and the rewards help.

My only comment for improvement is to get the shocks and struts maintained on the shuttles better. Those rides can be a bit rough.

Your vans come around every 5 minutes or so, so we don't have to wait on the curb after a flight very long. Prices are competitive. We usually do valet, so we can just drop off our car, and it is waiting for us when the van brings us back to the garage. The drivers and attendants are happy to help us with our luggage. When we returned from our last trip, not only was our car waiting for us, but the attendant gave us bottles of cold water. Our plane was late, and it was really nice to have a real person answer the phone when I called and reassure me that everything was still ok. Great service!
