Convenient and friendly service- which is very important to me!
Very attentive to customer needs. Helpful employees in the main gate booth. Friendly, courteous bus drivers. Always help with the bags. After hours pickup was great. Clean, accessible parki
Fast and on time pick up and drop off
The driver was super friendly, both two and from the airport, to live in drivers and patient and kind and my vehicle was well taken care of even though I parked in the uncovered lot. Y’all did great.
Great drivers, shuttle is always prompt, everything is easy, love the new qr code readers.
I like that it's easy to book in advance. Easy in and out when dropping off the car and again when picking it up. I especially appreciate that it's never a long wait for a shuttle - and that all the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.
Ease of making a reservation . Ease of parking . frequency of shuttles to and from the airport
Convenient & price
Your driver's are just so helpful and polite.
I love how easy it is and usually quick. This time was a bit slower neither of the drivers would leave until the bus was completely full which was new.
Easy to reserve a spot and close to the airport. I do wish they would run more shuttles at times. We had 25 plus passengers waiting for a shuttle last Sunday and the app showed all the shuttles in the lot and only two headed our way. They need to be spread out.
convenient, don’t have to circle parking decks looking for parking space, bus picks you up at car, and finally, prices are better rhan parking decks.
Using the app after I arrived back at MCO so I don’t have a long wait
The price is usually good. The service is good. Very convenient.
convenient-prompt-good price
Convenient. Timely. Secure. Value.
Easy to book. Cleanness
Parking was easy and cost competitive. The shuttle runs all day long so when our flight was late arriving it wasn't an issue getting picked up.
As someone who isn’t very tech savvy, I find it easy to book and stay. Prices are very competitive and the shuttle service is very good. Some of your drivers could do better as far as helping with bags. Those that don’t get up, don’t get a tip. That’s on them.
Price and location to the airport and free car wash
Great. Love this place
The drivers and staff are wonderful. The cost is slightly higher.
Everything was wonderful. Too and from the airport both drivers were very hospitable and friendly. We have used you guys in the past and will continue to use you in the future. Thank you for your service!
