It is easy to reserve a spot. I travel for business, and it is very easy to get a receipt that has all the required elements my employer needs for reimbursement. I'm elderly, and the driver always assists with my luggage, which I greatly appreciate.

You are close to St. Louis Lambert airport. Your shuttles are constantly running between the parking lot and the terminal. Your prices are good.

I like how easy it is to reserve a spot in advance, park, get picked up right at my car & then dropped off at the terminal. I don't have to worry about finding a spot to park at the airport and then walk a long way with my luggage to the terminal.

Love the vans, the drivers, the convenience. Not sure if the policy has changed but sometimes I may need to change my reservation and I don’t think that’s possible.

Its so easy to book online. Parking is an ease and pickup to and from the terminal is great. The use the Parking Spot for my trips and having someone drive 5 hours round trip 2xs outways the time and cost.
