We have used Parking Spot many times without issue. This time, however, we loaded the shuttle at the shuttle stop near the front gate and nobody gave us a paper with our parking spot on it. When we returned and were on the shuttle to pick up our car, the driver got angry with us because we did not have a paper with our spot on it even through we were able to tell her where we were parked. Is there a different procedure when you get on at the shuttle stop near the front gate than there is loading anywhere else?

The return shuttle came quickly and we were out of the lot very soon after. Thanks!

Easy and fast

We have been parking at The Parking Spot in Hanover for many years. We also like having the option of parking in Linthicum as well and have also parked there. The team members who have worked in the entrance booth and team members who have driven us to the airport are courteous, respectful, helpful and pleasant — even at “odd hours” of the day or night. During our most recent visit, our flight landed around 5:30A, we called for a pickup and we were told that the van was already on its way. Awesome! Thanks for fabulous service! Keep up the great work!

Very convenient and smooth transfers. This last stay was not so smooth. The signs designating where to turn and lead us to current parking areas were all covered by traffic cones. We wound up parking and having to walk and drag our luggage until a shuttle came by and found us. Please get this issue resolved.

The app made using your service so easy. A shuttle arrived within seconds of parking. At the airport, the shuttle closed is doors as it prepared to depart but could tell I hurrying to get in and opened is doors for me. Amazing service! I would definitely use again.

Ease of parking, quick shuttle service to the airport. It would be nice if there was a designated spot for Parking Spot pick up when returning to pick up car as this past visit was not as great as in the past due to the large amount of people traveling.
