I LOVE parking at the PS because of your driver’s! Everyone of them know me and greet me with kind words and a smile. I park there every week and I choose to pay for parking instead of parking for free at the “Connection”…… I can depend of them to pick me up right away and when I get back from my trip they are always there…..

Great location and price!! Updates and communication through the app made everything seamless. Arrived at off hours to park (4 am), called for a shuttle which arrived within 5 minutes. On way back home we walked out of airport and there was a shuttle right there.
The only noticeable difference between the two shuttle rides was the assistance of the driver. First was a very helpful young lady who handled all of our luggage on and off the shuttle. The ride back from airport the driver did not offer to help at all.
The level of service was inconsistent, but overall a good experience.

I like that the drivers handle the baggage at your car. The cost is not much more expensive if you book in advance, than satalite parking.

I like that someone is always at the exit in case the app doesn't work. Also lets you know what lane to park in so the shuttle is right there. I also like the QR code where you can tip, if you forgot cash!
